Bio:
Jenny Stone is a recent addition to the Mossy Oak team in Camden, AR. She is currently enrolled at SAU Tech, where she is working on an associate’s degree in Professional Studies. Jenny was fortunate enough to be able stay at home with her three children and was a hands-on, do-it-all mom who was involved in countless activities during their school years. During this time, Jenny cultivated her talents in cooking, gardening, sewing, and canning. Now that her children are in college, she’s ready to add selling real estate to that list as a Mossy Oak agent. Jenny enjoys staying informed about the real estate business as a member of the Arkansas Realtor Association and the National Association of Realtors. Bio:
Matt Stone, the Principal Broker at Investment Realty Inc. is a land-owner, a land-manager and a land-lover! Earning a BS in Forestry from the University of Arkansas at Monticello in 1986 enabled him to manage the land with dignity and respect. Learning from the ground up, Matt worked in the forest industry as Equipment Operator, Welder, Millwright, Timber Marker and Timber Buyer while also becoming a Registered Forester and Sustained Forestry Initiative certified. Two years after graduating college, Matt opened his own company, Stone Timber Company, Inc. working alongside his brother, David where he has been a successful businessman for the past 19 years. Thinking toward the future, Matt gained his Real Estate License in 1993, his Broker’s License in 1995, and most recently, his MS in Operations Management from University of Arkansas at Fayetteville in 2006. Matt’s community involvements include being a past member of the Camden City Council and part of the Scuba Diving Rescue and Recovery Team for Ouachita County. As a member of International Toastmasters, he won Speech of the Year in 2006 in his El Dorado chapter and is a graduate of the Dale Carnegie Seminar. Although he is an avid deer, duck and turkey hunter, he also finds time to treat his wife, Jenny and their three children occasionally to a trip to the opera or the symphony orchestra.

Bio:
David Stone, Executive Broker, cultivated his love for the land while growing up with Matt in Monticello, Arkansas. As a young man, David combined his love for the outdoors with his desire to build. David began working as a foreman but quickly created a reputation for himself as a building contractor and a logging contractor in his own businesses, Stone Construction and Stone Logging Company. Since 1988, David has worked as Vice-President of Stone Timber Company, Inc. in Camden and is Sustained Forestry Initiative certified. Itching to broaden his horizons, David received his Real Estate license in 1993, his Associate Broker’s license in 1995 and is also a former member of the Camden Planning and Zoning Commission. David’s interests are in fast arrows and fast cars. As a tournament archery shooter, David shot in the pro division, has won awards for the “Fastest Street ‘Vette in Texas” in 1999, and the Rotax Go-Cart Championship in 2002. David has been involved in the Camden Community by being a part of the Scuba Diving Rescue & Recovery Team of Ouachita County. Also an avid hunter, David’s travels for deer, duck and elk have taken him not just across Arkansas, but to Colorado, Kansas, Louisiana, Oklahoma and Texas.

Bio:
Greg Hay loves a challenge! Whether it’s finding an untapped market, restoring the quality of reforestation, or introducing new technology, Greg is a problem solver. Following his graduation with a BS in Forest Management from Stephen F. Austin State University in Nacogdoches, Texas, he began his forestry career with Weyerhaeuser in its logging and forest inventory departments at Mt. Pine, Arkansas. Soon after, he began working as a silviculturist in the Ouachita National Forest on the Fourche and Winona Ranger Districts located in Danville and Perryville, Arkansas. As a salesman of forestry products, Greg has enjoyed measurable success working for UAP-Timberland, Forest Technology Group and CellFor Corporation. Greg’s leadership has been demonstrated on boards of Timberland Enterprises Inc., Arkansas Forestry Association, and as an appointed member of the Society of American Forester’s national Certification Review Board. Greg is an SAF Certified Forester, a Registered Forester in Arkansas and South Carolina and most recently, a licensed Real Estate Agent. As an instrument rated pilot, Greg has used his flying skills at work to manage multi-state territories. When not working, he’s on the water fishing for bass or in the field hunting dove, pheasant or duck. Bio:
Paul Simpson has 30 years of experience in forestry to bring to Investment Realty, Inc. Starting with his BS in Forestry from Arkansas A&M College, now known as University of Arkansas at Monticello, Paul worked for International Paper Company in Waldron, Nashville, Camden, and Gurdon. While working for IP, he also became a Registered Forester, obtained Sustained Forestry Initiative certification, completed the Executive Program in Business Administration from Louisiana State University and earned his MS from University of Arkansas in Fayetteville in Operations Management. He also became a Registered Appraiser in 2002 and earned his Broker’s license in 2005. Paul is also a past member of the membership committee of the Arkansas Forestry Association. Besides being active in forestry pursuits, Paul served as president of Camden-Fairview School Board and as Adjunct Instructor of Math and Physics at Southern Arkansas University Tech in Camden. Hope Galarza is a woman of many talents. Being good at selling real estate is just one of them.
